Veterinary diagnostics are the tests that help in determining and identifying various disorders in animals. These procedures are performed via methods that utilise blood, urine, faeces and tissue samples.
The new methods and technologies that have been developed for human diagnostics are also utilised extensively in veterinary diagnostics. Methods used in veterinary diagnostics include immunodiagnostics, hematology, molecular testing (including nucleic acid testing) and clinical chemistry.
We are currently reviewing a number of opportunities to develop diagnostic tests that would be complementary to assets under development in our therapeutic pipeline.
